You may be wondering what we're doing with our spare time here at VEGA$BROKE. One thing is that we've been looking at Dyson's new Air Multiplier and were wondering what happens when curious pets get too close. So we speculated how the design could be better put to use. You decide which is more relevant, a bladeless fan or an inter-dimensional cat transporter.

Stay broke. And remember, there's more important problems out there to solve.

::DEATH BY ED HARDY::

Here at VEGA$BROKE times are tough so we'd like to sell out and go corporate. Our first pitch is to Christian Audigier's Ed Hardy label. After he started making wine (which we suspect is dye-filled water runoff from one of his 10,000 factories in China) we figure the sky is now the limit for Hardy-embellished goods. Death by Ed Hardy allows you to cap someone and be stylish while you do it, while leaving one of the 8 limited edition shell casings behind to let the authorities know just how cool you were.

The Death by Ed Hardy line will be available in Ed Hardy stores and anywhere douche-baggery is sold. Ed Hardy disposable latex gloves sold separately.

Are you eco-conscious? Perhaps you would love to "GO GREEN?" Wishing that you had a dope electric motorbike that is friendly on the environment? Keep wishing, cause it hasn't been made yet...

A concept motorbike designed by Bernhard Ranner, Anders August Kittilsen and Rudolf Stefanich called ZEVS. Hopefully it'll be on the market sometime in the near future... but don't hold your breath.

Actor, dancer, performer, and one of the funniest doods to grace SNL, Patrick Swayze has died today, Sept. 14, 2009, from his long battle with pancreatic cancer. He was best known for his role in "Dirty Dancing" and "Ghost." He was 57.

The VEGA$BROKE. Family sends out our thoughts and prayers to Swayze and his family during this difficult time. RIP Patrick.

Probably my FAVORITEST design out of all of them! This is the PSP2 concept design with a flexible touch screen roll out OLED screen. Too bad this is just a thought... but nonetheless, VERY COOL!

All these were done by designer Tai Chiem, "Future of Gaming Concept". Remember these are only concepts and are ONLY IDEAS.

Debuting at the Frankfurt Auto Show this year is the Mini "Concept" Coupe, which it's owners, BMW, released picture of last week. Instead of something inspiring and groundbreaking that usually comes along with a concept, Mini has taken it's existing car and half-assedly added a sporty roofline. We at VEGA$BROKE saw through this right away and have provided a reconstruction of the design process in the image below. If you have a mini and like this concept, but can't afford an elephant, we suggest dropping a piano on it, or rolling it, to get the same effect.

The first D23 Expo will take place at the Anaheim Convention Center from September 10–13, 2009. It is the single largest gathering of all things Disney ever assembled. K-Mart revealed the PS3 Slim in their ad today. SONY soon followed by announcing that the PS3 SLIM will be $100 less than the PS3 FATASS and will also be available this SEPT. '09. Verdict? F'N AWESOME & priced at $300 bucks for a 120GB model... I'm gunna have to pretend my PS3 FATASS is broken so my protection plan from Best Buy can help me upgrade to this beauty you see above... SCORE!! 

But I'm still wonder when they'll make the XBOX 360 SLIM because that console is fatter than when I was in the 6th grade....
